Three greenhouse industry veterans have partnered to form a new company that provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for greenhouse construction, renovations, heating and cooling, maintenance, and equipment. Alchemy Greenhouse Solutions is the brainchild of Bill Vietas, James Parris, and Michael Kovalycsik, who have more than 100 years of combined greenhouse industry experience.
“Our collective knowledge of greenhouse structures and systems gives us an enormous advantage in making efficient and economical decisions, and we have years of experience serving clients from all industry segments,” Vietas says. “Our hope is to transform the experience and improve results by offering better options.”
Alchemy Greenhouse Solutions works with leading manufacturers in North America and Europe, which allows customers to choose from a wide range of greenhouse designs and equipment options.

James has been working with top greenhouse manufacturers for more than 30 years. He began his career in design and drafting, quickly adding customer service and sales to his resume. His early hands-on installation experience and years of project management give him a unique perspective on customer care.
Michael Kovalycsik – Partner, Director of Business Development
With more than 35 years in the horticultural industry, Mike has worked for greenhouse manufacturers and distributors and is highly knowledgeable in hydronic heating. He has a deep understanding of all facets of the industry and a keen awareness of customer needs, allowing him to deliver precise greenhouse environments where customers can grow their success.
