The new season has arrived, and my spring-cleaning is in full swing. Part of that includes refreshing my collection of basics. I like to take inventory of my closet at the top of each season to determine what could use replacing, and that’s particularly true for spring, when a general feeling of renewal is in the air. We all know basics are the building blocks of a wardrobe, so I always make sure mine are in mint condition since I know I’ll be wearing those 90% of the time.
